A shipping tracking number will be provided to you as soon as the package is taken over by the carrier.
You must check the condition of the package upon arrival before accepting it. If the package appears sufficiently damaged or deteriorated that the products it contains could be damaged, you must report it to the attendant and refuse it. Only under this condition will we be able to process the incident in the best possible way.
If you accept a package that has been damaged during transit without reservation, we cannot be held responsible for its replacement or any compensation. This check upon arrival is therefore very important, even if the probability of such damage remains extremely low.
Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours, after receipt of payment and from the 1st business day following the order, and subject to stock availability.
In case of out-of-stock items, we will inform you of the necessary shipping times for your order. If this period exceeds 15 days, you are entitled to cancel the order and request a refund.

SOFT offers two types of uninsured postal transport, So Colissimo-pickup and Colissimo home delivery, without signature, to discreetly deliver your order. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package's delivery online.

Shipping costs are free for purchases of €30 (incl. VAT) or more, for delivery in metropolitan France.
No-signature options: in case of delivery delay, compared to the times indicated during the order, the Customer must inform Laboratoire International de Diffusion immediately by email.
The latter will then contact the carrier and initiate an investigation. An investigation can last up to 21 business days.
If the product is found during this period, it will be re-routed to the Customer as soon as possible.
If after 21 days the package has still not reached the customer, Laboratoire International de Diffusion will not reship the order at its expense and will not refund the order and shipping costs.
