Il n'y a pas forc\u00e9ment de sympt\u00f4mes physiques. Le corps tente de combattre l'infection et le syst\u00e8me immunitaire d\u00e9veloppe des anticorps. Le syst\u00e8me immunitaire s'affaiblit, le nombre de lymphocytes CD4 diminue, on dira alors que l'individu est \"s\u00e9ropositif au VIH\".
