These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the rights and obligations of Laboratoire International de Diffusion ans its consumers through online sales of items offered by the website : www.softcondoms.com
Any order of a product appearing in the online store site requires the consultation and the prior acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to adapt or notify at any time these Terms and Conditions.
The items offered for sale on Shop are presented and detailed so that all consumers are able to know the essential characteristics of products they wish to buy (Article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code).
The pictures which illustrate the description of the articles are given for information only and are not contactual. We reserve the right at any time to add / edit / delete any of the items in our catalog.
The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order.
We confirm the acceptance of its order to the customer by sending an email to the email address he has communicated. The sale will be concluded only after the confirmation of the order
We reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to payment of previous order.
The information given by the buyer when placing order is binding on the consumer : if they is an error in the recipient's address details, we cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver the products.
All orders placed by individuals are intended for their personal use; Partial or total resale of the products is strictly forbidden.
Prices are all taxes included in euros and exclude shipping costs.
We reserve the right to revise these prices at any time but we undertake to apply the rates in effect at the time of the order, subject to the availability of the products ordered on this date.
For any shipment, the amount of the shipping cost appears before any payment of the order. The goods are shipped by Mail, without insurance, and delivered in a relay point or directly to you, without signature, according to the option chosen by the buyer.
The payment is due immediately on the date of order
In the case of bank transfer, the debit of amount of your order is made immediately by bank.
Payment by check is only possible for checks in Euros drawn on a bank domiciled in France.

The goods delivered will remain our property until all the obligations are fulfilled and in particular until the full payment of the price.
Parcels are generally shipped within 48 hours, after receipt of payment and from the 1st working day following the order, within the limit of available stocks.
In case of unavailability in stock, we indicate the same needed to ship your order. If this period exceeds 15 days, the Client is entitled to cancel his order and request a refund. The delivery time of 2 working days is given as an indication and does not constitute a commitment or a guarantee.
All our orders are packed in hermetically sealed packages, solid and leaving no indication of the content
A tracking number of the shipment will be communicated to the Client as soon as the parcel is taken over by the carrier
The Customer must check the condition of the package upon arrival before accepting it. If the package appears to be deteriorated to damage the product, you must report it to the agent and refuse it. On this condition, we can deal with the incident in the best way possible.
In case the customer does not make this step and accept without reservation a parcel that has been damaged during its delivery, we cannot be responsible for its replacement or any compensation. This verification arrival is very important for the customer, even if the probability of deterioration of this type remains extremely low.
Are considered as force majeure releasing the seller from its obligation to deliver, war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and impossibility for Laboratoire International de Diffusion to be supplied.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to assert your right to withdraw by sending u a mail. Then you have a new period of 14 days to return the goods. As started in the Law, and for hygiene and health protection reasons, only the goods in their original condition (unopened cases and cellophane, unpacked unit products) and unused qualifies for withdrawal.
We promise to refund you the entire amount of good (s) concerned as soon as we received them. The expenses of reshipment remaining at your expense.
In case of refund accepted by our customer service by phone or email, you recover the amount due within 15 days of registration and, according to your choice, by check, bank transfer ( in this case, you will have previously transmitted your bank details).
Pursuant to law No. 80335 of May 12, 1980, the delivered goods remain the property of Laboratoire International de Diffusion until ful payment of their price.
The information requested via the order form is required to process and execution of your order. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and correct your personal information.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French Law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of orders will be examined with the greatest care and will be the subject of an immediate amicable proposal. If unresolved dispute between Laboratoire International de Diffusion and the customer, the Cannes commercial court only will be competent to settle the dispute
